beautiful, beautiful, beautiful
The gardens were fine. The private dining area allowed for cozy breakfasts that were good. Everything was spotlessly clean and exuded warmth.
would recommend 😊❤️

Thank you for a perfect stay. Everything looks superb. The staff is amicable as well as hotel's host. The room is recently renovated, airy and has garden views. The kitchen is equipped with an electric kettle, a refrigerator and glassware. The location is peaceful, so close to days out/walks/good restaurants, North Yorkshire and wildlife - couldn't be better. Besides, Skelton's Tower is 10 minutes' drive away.

Our own breakfast room was a lovely touch.

Cozy breakfast in a lovely private dining area.
I was quite frustrated that there was no kettle in the room for morning teas. The bed did not live up to the 'King' title. It was actually a double, which hindered our comfort. Shower pressure could have been better.

Perfect getaway for our anniversary!
We had the best time celebrating our anniversary! The spacious room was super comfy, and we enjoyed the picnic area in the gardens. Sally left us a lovely homemade cake that was a sweet surprise. A little more variety in breakfast options would've been great, but the atmosphere was cozy and relaxing. Can't wait to go back!

Comfy room with an ensuite shower that was super stylish. Breakfast was amaze, homemade bread and perfect boiled eggs. Sally was really cute and full of local tips for our travels. The place is in a fantastic location by the moor and has lovely gardens.
only complaint was that there wasn't any soldiers with the eggs, and some areas needed a bit more modern touch.

private dining area, lounge area, private views
The amenities felt incomplete!!! The decor could use a more modern touch, considering the competitive area!!! There were times when I wished for additional facilities, especially for leisure!!!

The suites are beautifully decorated with fresh flowers, and the landscaping creates a super calm place. Breakfast is homemade, with eggs sourced from local farms and a range of good options.
Liked everything. But the shower pressure could improve.
